Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Luther's Pool Service ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Agreement

When you book a service with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your pool and property
  • Ensure safe access to your pool area
  • Notify us of any pets, hazards, or special instructions
  • Make payment according to the agreed-upon terms
  • Allow reasonable access for scheduled service visits

Service Scope and Limitations

Our services include:

  • Pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing
  • Equipment repair and installation
  • Emergency pool services
  • Leak detection and repair

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of service
  • Damage caused by extreme weather or acts of nature
  • Issues resulting from misuse or neglect by property owner
  • Third-party equipment failures beyond our control

Pricing and Payment

Service prices are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change for future services with advance notice. Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon:

  • One-time services: Payment due upon completion
  • Recurring services: Payment due monthly or as agreed
  • Emergency services: Payment due immediately upon completion

Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a service appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

For recurring services, you may cancel at any time with 7 days written notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luther's Pool Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Warranty

We stand behind our work and offer warranties on repairs and installations as follows:

  • Equipment repairs: 90-day warranty on parts and labor
  • Equipment installation: 1-year warranty on installation workmanship
  • Chemical balancing: Guaranteed for 7 days after service

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Property Access and Safety

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to your pool area. This includes:

  • Securing pets during service visits
  • Notifying us of any hazards or obstacles
  • Providing gate codes or keys as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with local pool safety regulations

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
